Youth Hoops Strength
The Youth Hoops Strength (YHS) program is for kids (6th – 10th grades), who wants to become faster, stronger, more confident in preparation for upcoming sporting season, not just basketball.
In addition, the YHS program helps your kid prevent injuries, as well.
Details of Youth Hoops Strength are as follows:
- Eight training sessions
- Meets twice per week
- Session duration is 45 minutes
- 6 – 8 stations
- Interval-style training
