Request for Consideration 

I understand the information I am receiving from Youth Hoops, or from any Youth Hoops employee, agent or franchisee is highly confidential, has been developed with a great deal of effort and expense to Youth Hoops, and is being made available to me because of this information request, and will be held in strict confidence. I will not divulge or use any data, customer or empleyee names addresses, techniques, methods, advertising material, forms or other information of whatever kind used in connection with Youth Hoops, without their consent.
