By registering for or participating in Youth Hoops Basketball Camps ("Youth Hoops," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to youth athletes aged 6–17. A parent or legal guardian must complete the registration process for minors.
3. Registration and Payment
- Registration: All participants must complete the registration form available on our website.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the camp start date will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the camp start date.
4. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:
- Show respect to coaches, staff, and fellow campers.
- Refrain from using inappropriate language or engaging in disruptive behavior.
- Follow all camp rules and instructions.
Failure to adhere to the code of conduct may result in dismissal from the camp without a refund.
5. Health and Safety
- Medical Information: Parents/guardians must provide accurate medical information during registration.
- Emergency Treatment: In the event of an emergency, we will seek appropriate medical care. Parents/guardians will be notified as soon as possible.
6. Liability Waiver
By participating in our camps, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with athletic activities. Youth Hoops is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during camp activities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Youth Hoops, including logos, materials, and training programs, is the property of Youth Hoops and may not be used without prior written consent.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
